I integrate a combination of massage methods such as Myofascial, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Rolfing, Osteopathic techniques and Cranial Sacral into our session. Depending on your body’s needs that day, my education in these areas help me target your source of pain and discomfort to better heal you.

I focus on the fascia of the body. Fascia is a band or sheet of connective tissue beneath the skin. Fascial adhesions may cause headaches, restrictive movement which can cause severe pain as well as a various other debilitating issues. Myofascial work combined with Cranial Sacral can provide you relief where other remedies may have failed.

All work is performed with the client fully clothed which enhances the experience. I ask that you wear soft clothing such as exercise clothes, baggy comfortable is the best, no jeans or jean material as it makes it difficult to work through. A short sleeved T shirt works great as well as any type of pajama pants or baggy shorts. You receive your full 60 minutes as no time is lost in disrobing and dressing at the end of the session. Although this may be different from traditional Swedish massage methods you will find it more comfortable and relaxing.
