A 60 minute session may be sufficient and a 90 minute session is offered should you need or enjoy more of the work to address various issues. This allows for the opportunity to go more in depth and many times uncovers issues that needed to be addressed, as my teacher Leigh Ankrum would remind us “ The treatment plan is in the body.”

All services are performed with the client clothed, the work is done through the material. This creates a comfortable and safe environment and allows the body to relax and allow the work in. Pajama like pants or shorts and a loose short sleeve T shirt work great and allow the whole time to be devoted to the work, with no time lost to undressing and redressing. Filtered water and Tea are available to enhance your visit.
